● Authorize by MTCL, signed contract, issue letter of appointment;

● Send us marketing report timely.

MARKETING POLICY AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Terms of warranty:

● Normally, we provide 1 year warranty by free of charge, spare parts and labor included but disposable material and traffic;

● 10 year spare parts and disposable material supply;

● End user can purchase following service after free warranty. Please contact MSD for detail;

● Any changes according to the contract.

TECHNIC SUPPORT AND AFTER SALE SERVICE

Marketing Policy:

Distributor (dealer) is a very important role between manufacture and user. As a very important partner of MENTEX market system, they are our main object of doing on marketing spread.

Dealers are required:

● Uniform quotation;

● Sales area limited;

● Communication and response timely;

● Annual saleroom;

● Sample (negotiate);

● Deposit (negotiate).

We provide dealers:

● Quality product;

● Favorable price;

● Marketing protection;

● Training;

● Guiding;

● After services.

Marketing Protect:

In the exclusive area, the authorized distributor should be protected uniquely. In the open area or no exclusive area, dealer who first mention and actually work on the case should be protect first. It is not allowance absolutely for several dealers work on same case.

Terms of exempted from warranty:

● Accessories and fittings equipped by user, are exempted, even if purchase in same order.

● Fault and or destroyed cause by the accessories and fittings that equipped by user, are exempted.

● Third party product which can be used separately, even if settled by our company, follow the policy from the origin manufactory.

● Fault and or destroyed cause by unsuitable use, wrong operation or accident will be taken charges.
